This is a quick and easy recipe perfect to make on a busy week night.
Asian Lettuce Wrap Recipe: serves 2
15 oz raw 95%-97% lean ground turkey (12 oz cooked)
1 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup shredded cabbage (can get this pre-bagged to make quicker if needed)
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp Teriyaki sauce
1 tsp Sriracha sauce
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup lettuce leaves (~2 oz)
Brown the ground turkey in a pan over medium-high heat. Remove excess oil. Add all other ingredients (Except cilantro & lettuce), and continue to mix over medium-high heat until the veggies are tender. Let turkey mixture cool and then place into lettuce leaves to create a wrap! Sprinkle a cilantro for additional flavor.
