Easy, Grilled Healthy Salmon Kabobs

Who doesn't like grilling! Fire up the grill and make this easy, healthy recipe! This flavorful marinade makes this salmon dish a crowd pleasure.

Grilled Salmon Kabobs: Serves 5


  • 35 Ounces of Raw of Salmon

  • 3 tbsp Dill, fresh

  • 1/4 tsp Garlic

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 Lemons thinly sliced into, rounds

  • 1 tbsp Parsley, fresh

  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tsp Black sesame seeds

  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes

  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds, white

  • 1 tsp Champagne vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp Cumin


  • 12 Skewers soaked in ice water for an hour

  • Thread salmon and Lemon slices onto skewers

  • Place remaining ingredients except for dill in a gallon bag.

  • Add threaded skewers for at least 6 hours to marinate.

  • Place on Grill for 5-7 minutes until salmon is flaky.

  • Place on serving plate, top with dill. 😋


Pro-Tip: Soak bamboo skewers at least 1 hour to keep them from catching fire.
