Who doesn't like grilling! Fire up the grill and make this easy, healthy recipe! This flavorful marinade makes this salmon dish a crowd pleasure.
Grilled Salmon Kabobs: Serves 5
35 Ounces of Raw of Salmon
3 tbsp Dill, fresh
1/4 tsp Garlic
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Lemons thinly sliced into, rounds
1 tbsp Parsley, fresh
4 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Black sesame seeds
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Sesame seeds, white
1 tsp Champagne vinegar
1/4 tsp Cumin
12 Skewers soaked in ice water for an hour
Thread salmon and Lemon slices onto skewers
Place remaining ingredients except for dill in a gallon bag.
Add threaded skewers for at least 6 hours to marinate.
Place on Grill for 5-7 minutes until salmon is flaky.
Place on serving plate, top with dill. 😋
Pro-Tip: Soak bamboo skewers at least 1 hour to keep them from catching fire.
