Gluten-Free Chicken Strips


Gluten-Free Parmesan Chicken Strips: 2 Servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 18 oz raw boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts

  • 1/4 cup reduced fat grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika

  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt

  • Healthy Fat Dip options: 2 tbsp Light Buttermilk Ranch (Hidden Valley) or 1 tbsp light mayo with a tiny bit of Franks Hot sauce mixed in.

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  • Cut chicken breasts into thin strips.

  • In a bowl, combine Parmesan, Italian seasonings, paprika, salt and garlic powder.

  • Line shallow baking pan with foil or parchment paper.

  • Roll the chicken in cheese mixture.

  • Spread on prepared pan.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked.

To complete this healthy meal, ADD some veggies! Maybe some steamed veggies or a salad!
