Friday night pizza is a common tradition in my family. But it is always great to change it up from time to time. So here is a twist on our typical pizza recipe. My favorite homemade healthy pizza crust smothered with a Thai peanut sauce and topped with chicken, cheese, peppers, and cilantro creates this sweet and spicy flavor that we love! This spicy and refreshing twist on pizza is simple, which makes it perfect for a light weeknight meal.

Combine PB2 and Walden Farms Sesame Ginger Dressing. Add the chicken and stir until blended. Spread the chicken mixture over the top of cooked pizza crust. Top with veggies. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over the top. Broil until cheese is melted about 5 minutes.
